Wonderful Family Vacation

Great spot for warm weather trip! We were able to walk everywhere. Plenty of space for a big family. Awesome kitchen and the wood burning fire place is so perfectly cozy

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A really great home and a great property manager. Check-in and check-out were easy and the house was as advertised. Very well stocked. The high-end oven, unfortunately, was not working propery. The management company was very responsive. The repair required a specialist so the management company brought over a new countertop convection oven.

Leadville mountain bike retreat

This is a gorgeous house! The kitchen was spacious and very well appointed. The vaulted ceiling living room and loft area were so cool. The bedrooms were large, and the bonus room above the garage was a uniquely fun space. We also enjoyed the nice, clean hot tub and the grill. Another unique feature is the closet/mini office on the main level. I would be very happy to book this place again!

Wonderful, Beautiful, Accessible Stay

We loved this property! It was beautiful on the inside and outside. The aspen trees surrounding the property is what I dreamed of! Location was central to all the places we wanted to visit-Rocky Mountain National Park and Maroon Bells. There was plenty to do in Frisco as well. Loved that it was a bigger city, making it easier to shop for groceries for the week and grab things left behind at home by kids. Only disappointment was that there was no AC, however, the windows do open! I don't recall seeing that in description, so thought it was worth mentioning in the review. We loved this stay and would stay again 10/10

Holiday ski trip

They stay was excellent. The house was supplied with a lot of the small things that other property managers do not provide. Many spices were in the cabinet. Two rolls of paper towels were provided. Dish soap for the sink and the dishwasher was provided as well as two different types of coffee pots. There was also soap for doing a couple loads of laundry. All of these things are not big in of themselves. They save us time and some money but more give us the convenience of not having to waste those items. Wood was provided for. The fireplace as well as kindling and starter material. I think we use the fireplace twice, which was great for our family. Several different. Ski resorts and staying in Frisco was a great advantage and this house is super easy to get to from any of the stores that you might need during your stay. I would highly recommend staying in this house is the owner/manager and my opinion does things the right way..Sincerely,Ed S.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family rented Frisco Fling on the summer so we could attend the Leadville 50 race and a concert at Red rocks. We travel extensively and always prefer Air BNB or similar since we have a family of 7. This time there were 9 in our party. We have never experienced a home more comfortable, beautifully designed and well equipped for cooking, relaxing and ease of access to town than this amazing property. Each space showcased thoughtful beauty and warmth making us feel right at home. We had plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable yet enjoy each other in the large gracious living areas. We would love to return again.
