This townhome is a fantastic year-round choice in Frisco. Centrally located, it’s an easy drive to all of Summit County’s ski resorts – and in the summer, it’s right on the bike path and within walking distance of Dillon Reservoir! The clubhouse features an indoor pool and hot tubs, a gym, tennis court, shared grills and more. You and your group will love this place!

This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome works perfectly for families or groups of up to six people. The living area features plenty of seating, a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV – it’s a great area to relax and catch a movie or the morning snow report. The kitchen has large granite counters and all the gear you’ll need to whip up snacks and meals for your group, with seating for eight at the dining table.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and private garage parking for two smaller vehicles or one large vehicle, plus one outside parking place. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This townhome was spacious and well laid out. Fabulous view of a fishing pond, 4 large decks in all. It would have been nice to have a couple of chairs on the deck to enjoy it. The kitchen counter was huge. It would have been nice to have some bar stools to enjoy it. Finally the master bed needs a new mattress and pillows. My back is paying for it. Great unit but needs some attention.

Nice Place

The property was very clean, and the garage is a huge plus. The unit though left some things to be desired. The furniture is very old and outdated as was everything in the unit except the kitchen. The beds are very firm, same with pillows. The couches are extremely uncomfortable and need some updating. Kitchen is equipped nicely, however both bathrooms we dated and smelled moldy after using the showers. Unit was quiet and warm, the fireplace is a plus. Next time for the $ we would look for something a little newer in features.

This Lagoon 750 A townhouse has a great central, drivable location for all the mountains in Summit and Eagle County. Until further updates are made like a coat hook or coat rack for 6 ppl, and bench for shoes are added, I would not recommend it for a ski/board base camp since there is no coat closet; our jackets and layers were strewn all over the dining room chairs and couch-back. The perfect place is between the TV and top of the stairs. The unit was very clean and spacious. Remember to bring your own phone chargers too.

Lovely spacious townhome

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home is over 3 levels. Garage on bottom level, living areas on 1st and bedrooms with a bathroom each on top level. We arrived in the dark in snow. It was disconcerting when the code didn't work on the lockbox on the left side of the garage. but there is another lockbox on the right and it worked a treat. Heaters had been left on (had to turn them down they were so efficient). Great to have a separate dining table as we cooked lots of meals in the kitchen. The exhaust fan is inadequate. We specifically wanted a place with a spa/jacuzzi, so it was a bit annoying to find that it was at the other side of the complex to our unit. Some lights do come on, and we did find the steps past other units to access the buidliing with the pool and hot tubs. However quite dark and icy walking after dinner. Also, usually hot tubs are only tepid but these were like the temperature of water if on Mars.... one tub could not even enter, the other only just useable. One of us was always home with a young baby whilst the rest skiing. It was annoying not having a front door key. all access had to be through the garage door. However overall it was a wonderful place to stay, warm, cozy, spacious. By the way, the Starbucks that is within walking distance is only open to Drive through - sad!!!Be aware that the taps on the washing machine are back to front, so a hot wash is cold and cold wash in boiling hot.
