Updated MountainSide Condo in The Heart of Frisco!

  • Come stay at our fully furnished, updated 1 bedroom condo in Frisco, Colorado. It is located in the Mountain Side complex on the south end of Frisco but only a ten minute walk to Main St. We back up to the bike path , Mt Royal and the Ten Mile Range… Super Quiet, wonderful view, with our own stream running through the back open space. Don’t be surprised if you see a moose or two or even three!

    Breckenridge,Silverthorne, Keystone & Dillon are all within 15 minutes, so you have tons of restaurants to pick from.

    We’ve installed all new can lighting, making a huge difference, bigger and brighter. New curtains, new paint, Sonos, TV’s and updated kitchen products. Best kitchen in Summit County.
    Premier Calphalon cookware, KitchenAid Mixer & pasta maker. Standard coffee maker & Nepresso espresso maker. Villa ware waffle maker, pull out cabinets for easy access and spices, olive oil and other essentials stocked. NEW BBQ grill on patio.
    Wood burning fireplace, wood on the deck and new 54” Samsung TV in living room.
    New Queen bed in bedroom and full bathroom in hallway. TV in bedroom. Spacious closets with lots of hangers.

    One underground assigned parking space and plenty of extra parking spaces in the lot. Condo is on the first floor & you have only a 25 yard walk to Clubhouse including:
    4 hot tubs, one inside, 3 outside. I love them after a day on the slopes. Also an indoor pool.
    Great steam and dry sauna plus workout room
    Racquetball court inside and brand new clay outdoor tennis court
    Laundry room with 4 washers & dryers

    Location, location, location….
    Breckenridge, Keystone & Copper Ski Areas are all within 13 miles
    A Basin & Loveland. 16 miles
    Vail 26 miles and Beaver Creek only 38 miles
    Don’t forget Winter Park and Mary Jane. 58 miles
    That’s 8 ski areas all within an hour!!!

    We are 90ish minutes from DIA and metro Denver.
    This has been our baby for 23 years!!! Come enjoy, take good care of it and have a wonderful vacation!
