ski base

Our stay here was great, perfect spot to stay and ski local mtns. More than a few steps to main street but, condo location is great! The back deck and Master bedroom and living room window views of the meadow and mountains are great. Hot tubs and facilities were clean and nice to be included. The condo complex is neatly maintained, they had snow plowed and shoveled very quickly. This condo is perfect for families with kids. Master Bedroom real nice for two adults, spare bedroom is less comfortable for two adults. The bunk beds don't work well for adults. We made do with the sleeper sofa and would come back again.

Amazing location but dated amenities

The location is incredible, just a few blocks from the Rainbow Lakes trailhead and quite close to downtown Frisco. Nice deck with a fabulous view in a very walkable neighborhood. The owner was great giving us a heads up the previous guests had broken a toilet lid which I really appreciated. No issues with parking, and a nice quiet area. Comfortable couch and beds. Overall it met our expectations. There were a few drawbacks which were not dealbreakers but would've been nice to have. There were no tissue boxes or dish scrubbers so we went out and bought those. Also the sliding door to the back deck isn't fully sealed so was leaking in cold air at night. The weather was nice so it was okay, but had there been a storm I feel it would've been more noticeable. And then just overall some of the amenities are old (bathrooms, dull knives, hollow doors, a quasi-rickety bunk bed) and could use a facelift. Again, not a dealbreaker and overall we enjoyed it quite a bit and would consider rebooking, but for 300 a night after taxes/fees there were definitely a few things that could have been better. I give it a solid 4 out of 5 stars.
