There are two carports with ample parking. Two master suites. Visitors can relax at the breakfast bar or eat by the ocean. Cozy and well-kept Your entire family would love to take a holiday at The Sunny Spot. All guests need to bring linens, towels and paper products. The Sunny Spot has been equipped and decorated according to the owner's preferences. The following are provided: coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, mattress pads, pillows, and blankets or comforters. There are fees for reservations, partial stays, taxes, and insurance.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $75.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather. The offered Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance covers many unforeseen and emergency situations.
