Colourful and fun 1930s house with 2025 comfort. Lots of space for families!
Have fun with the whole family at this spacious and comfortable house. Sympathetically renovated, we hope this house brings some colour and joy to your stay
We are 12-15 mins walk through a lovely meadow into Willow Vale and Frome town centre. We’re located in a quiet and safe residential neighbourhood, so it’s a great base from which to explore.
We love to explore so we have our converted camper parked at the property. This is not accessible to guests and doesn’t affect use of the property.

Lovely home for our stay. Quick walk to Frome through a nature reserve. Also easily accessible to Bath and Farleigh Hungerford Castle. Would have been nice to have access to the garden. Also there was a strong paint smell in the front room. Feel as the place is still being updated and will only get better.
This very well equipped house was perfect for my teenage son, my husband and me. House is spacious, nicely decorated, clean and with two fully bathrooms. Parking was outside on street and ok. Owner was responsive and accommodating to my request before arrival. The neighborhood could use some cleaning as there is trash on some houses but overall this was a nice stay, very close to the town center.

Arrived to the awful smell of garbage and feces at the front of the home. It smelled like something had died. Walked in and the home barely looked like the photos. Upstairs were the bedrooms and arriving on the landing was very dangerous. The stairs end at the door of the shared bathroom. It was very dangerous for my 87 yr old mother and husband. The linens looked old and used, almost like they hadn't been washed. The listing made it sound like there was a bathroom available to each bedroom (not necessarily an ensuite) The 2nd bathroom was downstairs. The shower/tub combo is difficult for people to get in and out of. The washer/dryer does not dry clothes. Kitchen was adequate even though there was no microwave. When upstairs, the floor is wood, and the wood planks do not meet, you can easily lose something if you were to drop it. We were messaged that the garden was closed as it is a mess of overgrown weeds. The neighborhood is home to a diverse population with a mix of income levels and seems a bit neglected.
