"Amazing cabin by the river, everything we needed and super cosy warm with the wood burner. Instructions about the property were perfect and covered everything we needed, easy to find. Location is very quiet but within a short drive of a number of towns with everything you need, plus a number of supermarkets. Loved this place, hope to return soon."

Leider musste man sich Bettwäsche und Handtücher ausleihen (wußte wir vorher), was prinzipiell nicht das Problem ist, aber schade, dass man nicht vorher gefragt wird, sondern mehrfach zur Rezeption laufen muss. Die Info an der Rezi daher eher dürftig. Das Bettzeug selber passt nicht in die Bettwäsche. Das Haus selber auch nicht besonders gemütlich. "Prachtige omgeving. Mooi, rustig park. Leuk huisje. Enige nadeel was dat het keukentje wat krap was (de vaatwasser kon niet helemaal open). Verder hebben we genoten en was alles prima verzorgd."

"Our stay at Pierre and Martine's farmhouse was wonderful! The view from the backyard out into the pasture's is breathtaking and the kindness shown to us and our family was delightful. We enjoyed day trips to Brugge, Chimay, Dinant, Namur, and Bastogne. Also, don't miss Maresous Abbey a short ride away."

"The one word that accurately sums up this place is "disappointing". The pictures were obviously taken with lighting that hid or obscured the poor condition the walls and parts of the house were in. The shower was so tiny that I had to use it hunched over almost 90 degrees. There were multiple sockets that were closed off with just duct tape, and the kitchen was in serious need of repainting. "Excellent property in an area of France we had not visited before.Locals were generally helpful and friendly.La bonne source in Revin and Robinsons in nearby village were two good restaurants.Plenty to do in house in bad weather and plenty outside.Plenty of amenities close by. It was a good choice."
