"Netter sympathischer Vermieter. Trotz des MissverstĂ€ndnisses mit der Agentur bezĂŒglich der Kaution. Hier gab es die Fehlinformation, dass die Kaution von 1000 Euro auch durch die Übertragung einer Versicherungspolice ĂŒber den Betrag fĂŒr den Aufenthalt gestellt werden kann. Das konnten wir pragmatisch mit Bargeld (Reisekasse Bankautomat) lösen. Das Haus wird liebevoll gepflegt und nach und nach erneuert. Leider war bei uns das WC im oberen Bad noch nicht nutzbar. Es ist aber neu mit Sensor, das...

"La Demeure Absolutely gorgeous place. Pool lovely. BBQ great. Outdoor and indoor eating areas. Remote location so car absolutely necessary to reach shops ect, and no restaurants close by. Not super flexible with check in time. We were only able to check in at 5pm which seems late, but good communication!!"

She arranged for a local chef to visit and cook a spectacular lunch for us and the owner Clement did the wine pairing for the dishes that were served. The property is close to zst Emillion as well as grocery stores which was vert convenient. "
