About this property
Relaxing Graham Lake Escape
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Spacious, 4-season cottage is located on tranquil Graham Lake, just 15 minutes north of Brockville. This relaxing 3-bedroom, 1 full bathroom retreat sleeps 7-8 people comfortably with each bedroom having a Queen bed and a futon in the living room (an additional double bed/boxspring available for additional guests). The wooden, wrap around deck is a great place to enjoy a morning coffee while overlooking the water. The open concept kitchen, dining and living room can easily accommodate large group gatherings, and the large windows provide beautiful views of the lake. The north westerly exposure provides an unimpeded view of stunning sunsets (see photos).
Pet friendly (2 maximum) No Smoking
IMPORTANT: Although the cottage is private, it is nestled within a quiet, seasonal campground which is open from mid-May to early-Oct. As you enter from the private lane you will pass several trailers, however once you arrive, they will almost seem forgotten.
AMENITITES: Linens, towels, dishes, etc. are provided Complementary tea and coffee (Keurig) High speed internet (Starlink) Smart TV Washer/dryer Forced air furnace with central A/C Propane gas fireplace BBQ
ACTIVITIES: Boardgames Kayaks Paddle boat Life jackets (various sizes available, but feel free to bring your own)
ABOUT THE LAKE: Graham Lake is a shallow lake (2-4m deep) that provides great fishing opportunities (large & smallmouth bass, pike, bluegill, yellow perch, crappie, etc.). The calm water is great for kayaking or an adventure in the covered peddle boat. In winter, the lake will freeze over early and present the opportunity to skate or go ice fishing. There is a public dock located at the west side of the lake, so feel free to bring your boat or jet ski(s). There is plenty of parking at the cottage for your trailer and a dock to tie up to.
DIRECTIONS: Approximately 15 minutes north of the 401, whether exiting from Mallorytown Rd or Hwy 29 (Brockville). NOTE: If taking the Mallorytown Rd exit you will turn right on Hwy 2 and then make a left at Hwy 5. SLOW DOWN when going over the railway tracks after turning onto Hwy 5 as they are bumpier than they appear!
If using GPS, be aware that it may lead you to the entrance to the Graham Lake Oasis Campground (formerly called the Lucky Loon). Please do not enter through the campground. You must turn onto Foxtrot Lane which is the first laneway immediately west of the campground entrance (to the right of the community mailboxes).

Lovely lake views, comfortable cottage exactly as advertised, very clean. We were there over Christmas and Shane added a full-size decorated Christmas tree! He also kindly accommodated a special request we made in advance. Overall, an excellent experience.
The cottage is very spacious and clean. It has a lot of privacy even thought it is in the middle of an RV campground. It has a vessel boat, paddle boat and kayaks. Lots of fish and stunning sunset. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.
Cottage was just as pictures presented it to be. Lots of room inside, lovely view. Shane was very easy to deal with and ensured that everything was perfect. Only downside was road in was a little rough. Would definitely recommend this getaway and would stay here again.
We loved our stay! The cottage was spotless, spacious and the view of the lake was amazing. This spot is perfect for a friends weekend away, family stay and for those who love to kayak or canoe. A quiet and beautiful retreat.
A beautiful location on a quiet lake. We loved the kayaks and the pedal boat. Lots of space and everything we needed. Convenient location for us to stay and pet friendly.
The home was very nice and well suited for our family with 4 teenage kids. Shane was very hospitable. We enjoyed the lake setting and being able to use the kayaks was great. I only wish we could have spent more nights there!
We had a very nice stay. It was an excellent location, very easy to find. Loved the atmosphere.
Didn’t even notice the campground around us, the beautiful lake view was breathtaking. Well stocked.
Our grandchildren enjoyed the property!
Nice and clean and modern cottage with a wonderful view.
Great room was huge and accommodating for a large group . Beds were very comfortable. Kayak and paddleboat were fun for kids and adults . Our stay was short and quick, just passing thru but certainly worth a longer stay.
We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage has a beautiful open concept living/dining room and kitchen with lots of windows to admire the view of the lake. The kitchen has everything you need. All three bedrooms are similar in size with comfortable beds. The owner always responded quickly. I strongly recommend.
Right by the water, very spacious and very clean. Had 7 people sleep over. Although in the middle of a camp ground, it was very quiet and peaceful with lots to do.
We had an amazing weekend at the cottage!
Its a quiet location, full of nature and activities to do (fishing, kayak, pedal boat).
The house was spacious, comfortable and spotless on top of the amazing lake view you have right in front of you.
Shane was also incredibly welcoming and helpful!
My friends and I had a great stay! The hosts were absolutely amazing and understanding. They were able to accommodate several last minute changes and requests for my group. We have nothing negative to say about our stay. Well stocked cottage and very clean. We will definitely be booking again in the future!
Best place we've stayed so far from Toronto to Montreal. Lots of fishing for kids, use worms and you will get a bite within 5 seconds from the dock. Great place to remember for us. Will come back again.
Thanks, Shane!
We had a lovely stay in this cottage! The host and his son are beyond kind and thoughtful, the cottage was beautiful and the lake was easy to enjoy with the dock, kayak and peddle boat. The fishing was fun, the property was well maintained and beautiful and the host provided numerous items like pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc. that just made the stay easier.
I really have no complaints, you will enjoy your stay here!
We felt extremely welcome, and the communication with the host was very clear and positive. The cottage is spacious and very nice, with a beautiful lake view. The nearby campground is very quiet, so even if it is close, you don't notice. We enjoyed the available kayaks and peddle boat, as well as the terrace outside the house. We'd come back anyday and highly recpmmend this cottage.
Extremely clean and spacious cottage with a great layout and view of the lake. The cotrage has everything you need. You can view over a 1000 channels on the TV or use the kayaks or peddle boat on the lake, or take a dip, or play a game or 2 on the massive lawns. There are many restaurants and other hustoric sites to visit in Brockville, which is a mere 20 mins away. The host was a delight to meet. My family and I would definitely visit again.

Very nice and relaxing properly right on the lake. Easy to find and not far from Brockville if needed. The owner Shane was very responsive and super friendly. We rented over the holidays and got there and a Christmas tree was up and lit and the fire place was on. Super welcoming. The house is perfect and clean and we slept really well. 3 Queen size beads and a futon in the living room. Kitchen is clean and fairly well equipped. Spacious living area. We enjoyed it very much. Thank you Shane and Cruise.
Great location, excellent hosts, had everything you needed, very clean, beautiful views enjoyed all the amenities and cottage with my family will visit again.
