"Clean, comfortable and quiet. Only 2 towels and 2 washcloths in the room. No hand towels. Very old, felt very dated. But overall, not bad for just a bed on our way up north."

"Not too far from the highway. Large hotel with attached restaurant. Very inexpensive. Golf Course behind the hotel. Just a place to stay late for one night before on our way and was clean and quiet. No complimentary breakfast, but the restaurant is attached."

Nov 12, 2019We thoroughly enjoyed the town and the surrounding area. This was a trip back in time for me (I grew up camping at Elizabeth Furnace) and it was a joy to be able to take the kids for new memories.

Oct 17, 2019The town has expanded outwards, but it is decaying in the original town. It apoears that little money has been invested in salvaging the original town, which is sad.
