From the moment we arrived at Estello Suites & Spa, we knew we were in for something special. This stunning retreat offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and tranquility, making it an ideal escape from the everyday hustle. The rooms and suites are beautifully designed, with cozy yet elegant decor that instantly makes you feel at home. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the addition of a well-equipped kitchenette made our stay even more convenient. Some suites even have balconies with breathtaking views of Lac Mégantic! The spa experience is truly world-class. The Nordic thermal spa, with eucalyptus steam rooms, jacuzzis, cold plunge pools, and a heated pool, provides the ultimate relaxation. The dry sauna overlooking the lake was a personal favorite, offering the perfect way to unwind. The red light therapy and massage chairs added an extra touch of indulgence. One of the highlights was the delightful breakfast delivered to our room each morning. Fresh croissants, fruit, coffee, and smoothies made for the perfect start to the day. The selection of wines available at the hotel was also a nice touch. The service was impeccable—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Super bel emplacement! Les photos ne rendent pas hommage à l'endroit. C'est propre, la chambre est au goût du jour et bien équipée. Je m'inquiétais au niveau du lit escamotable, mais il s'avère hyper confortable! Spa de toute beauté, petit et intime, avec vue sur le lac. On aime découvrir des nouveaux endroits, mais on retournera plus d'une fois au Estello!
