Additionally the rear garden provided a very pleasant location for dinner on numerous occasions. The location of the house is great too. You're only a 2 minute walk from the tram station and, once on board, it's only about 10 minutes to the heart of Montpellier. The local shops are really useful and there's a small but functional supermarket a 10 minute walk away. We would happily return...

"Lovely host the house was clean spacious and had all we needed , the only negative was the beach that was near ! Was much further than stated , lots of mosquitos but the beautiful flamingos made up for it"

"This is a compact house/cottage/gite, in a gated community of maybe 100 similar properties with a back yard/sun terrace. There is a 150 metre walk from the car park to the property, with several sets of steps which makes getting the suitcases and heavy shopping in a bit tricky, but if you want security and peace of mind it is worth it. "Emplacement idéal sur le Cap d'Agde pour les familles, calme et proche du port et de la plage. La communication avec l'hôte s'est très bien passée ainsi qu'avec le voisin qui nous a remis les clés. Logement propre et fonctionnel nous étions 7 adultes et 3 enfants de 2 à 3 ans et nous nous sommes pas sentit à l'étroit. Je recommande ce logement."

An unexpected extra is a large wilderness park right beside the property which has an extensive set of walking trails. There is also a wonderful outdoor oven. The pool is very well kept. "Firstly Christine and Stephane were fantastic - there to great us having made the place absolutely spotlessly clean, explained everything, nothing was too much trouble and always available. Lovely people as well. Really beautiful villa and pool in an amazing location - literally 2 minutes to a very quiet part of the beach - accessing made it feel like a private beach.
