Pets are not allowed, and it is equipped with all the necessary facilities, including a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a freezer capacity of 300 liters. The cozy wood stove adds extra warmth and atmosphere on cool evenings.



The house is situated on an 800-square-meter garden plot, just 50 meters from the sea, so you can always hear the soothing sound of the waves. With a 50-square-meter terrace, 25 square meters of which are enclosed, there is ample opportunity for outdoor relaxation, sunbathing, and cozy barbecue dinners. There is also parking right by the house, and a 15-square-meter shed is at your disposal.



The holiday home has three bedrooms, furnished with one double bed and four single beds, providing flexibility and plenty of space for the whole family. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, convection oven, microwave, and dishwasher, making it easy to prepare your favorite dishes.



There is a bright and inviting bathroom with a shower, toilet, and underfloor heating, as well as a bathtub where you can relax after a day filled with activities.



Entertainment is also taken care of with two TVs, a DVD player, and wireless internet, allowing you to stream, read the news, or just enjoy a good movie. Both Danish and German channels are available, ensuring a varied selection.
