"We had two rooms, the kids stayed in the 6 sleeper loft, but the loft got too hot as we were there in August and even with the AC on all the hot air goes up there. The windows did open but in August it didn't help. But the nice thing is our son just chose to use the sleeper sofa and enjoyed it better than the loft. We also had a king bed room for us adults and we enjoyed sitting by the fire at night after watching the sunset and then heading to the hot tub after hiking all day. My only suggestion is to add an additional washing machine (there is only one, but two dryers), so for our family of 7 it took several loads to do the wash over the course of our two-three days there as we had spent time there in the middle of our trip so we needed the laundry facilities. The ice machine works really well and was well used to fill up our bottles every day."

"Don’t let the gravel road fool you. The place was beautiful, the staff friendly and helpful, and their weight room and sauna, hot tub were really good. The only problem was we ran out of hot water, but there were four of us, me, my wife and two adult sons, so it wasn’t a big deal. Wished we could have stayed more than one night."
