"The Carriage House is as described. Was a great place for my husband, mum, two pugs and I. We hosted two nights for dinner for our family we were visiting. It was a tight fit for the 10 of us but it was very cozy and fun. It had mostly everything we needed but when it didn’t, like a measure of cup, Andrew provided it. The fenced in yard was my favorite. We love in CA in a rural area where we can’t let our dogs out unattended. It was so nice to open the door and let them out. They loved the grass...

"This cute pet-friendly house is located in a part of town that provides easy access to restaurants and shopping. The house was clean and well-stocked with comfortable furniture. The fenced yard is perfect for a small pet to stay safely and there is parking for two cars off the street, which is nice for vehicle safety. We had never been to Grand Junction before and used it as a half-way point to meet up and this worked perfectly."

"Great location and close to CMU and downtown! Nice neighborhood with no problems! Never heard anything from neighbors. Clean property, roomie, love the space as it’s not cluttered. Variety of TV options. Just an overall great stay and I would highly recommend and just know I am very picky!"

"We came to ride our sxs. The parking was ample for a truck and trailer. Bangs Canyon trailhead was conveniently located under 30 minutes away. We were only there for 2 nights but the place was comfortable and worked out just perfect for us."

Mimosa Fields gave us a beautiful place to come together as a family to remember our Nana and celebrate her memories! "Came to Palisade for the annual AGAG conference. This place was perfect. Very close to Cameo, comfortable and had everything you need. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and close to hiking. Didn’t use the bikes but super cool they were available. Will stay again!"
