"Stayed to attend rowing competition at Nate Benderson. Very convenient. House had large bedrooms and was nicely decorated and supplied. It was at the end of a quiet street. Communication with host was great, easy check in and out. Close to lots of dining and shopping areas. Also not far to the beaches. Enjoyed our stay here.!"

"My husband and I spent the month of March at Alyce’s rental in Fruitville. It was exactly what we saw in the photos of the property. You will want for nothing, whatever you need for anything is already there for you. The suite downstairs was beautiful, guests had their own space, giving everyone privacy. The pool was a nice bonus, we would advise adding a cage or cutting down the live oak as it is a messy tree. It doesn’t give much shade. The backyard is very nicely appointed with enough seating...
