"While I can’t comment on the unit, as our vacation was last minute canceled due to winter storms in our area, I can comment on the host and management group. They were excellent at prompt responses and answered all my questions. They were very welcoming, and very helpful and supportive when we had to cancel our dream trip. I would definitely rebook this property based solely on my experience with the owners/managers. "

"Our stay at POM villa was simply phenomenal! There were 11 in our party - 6 adults and 5 children ages 10-14. All family. The house was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Lots comfort and privacy and amazing views from all rooms. The kitchen was so well stocked, we never ran out of dishes or flatware. Two refrigerators, beach towels packed in duffle bags, etc made our stay so pleasurable. "

"I cant say enough about our recent stay at Chris's unit. The view was spectacular and the deck is quite large. We spent all of our home time out there. The kitchen is well equipped and we prepared breakfast every day..full size fridge. The bedroom is kind of like a loft which ioved because i could see the sunrise from bed if i was too lazy to get up. The bed is new, very comfortable and nicely decorated. The location was ideal. Very close to great beaches and being near Redhook was great. Theres plenty of restaurants there and a great grocery store, Moes. You also catch the ferry to St John there. The restaurant at the resort was fantastic and down on the water..very casual outsoor seating.You will be very happy staying here for your home base!"

"Staff were wonderful. Our stay was for 3 weeks and we would have appreciated the cleaning staff to come and vacuum on weekends otherwise stay was fantastic!"

"Awesome place, tons of amenities like toothbrushes, toothpaste, & sun screen. The beaches have been cleaned so NO seaweed. We used all the bars at Margaritaville and we're able to taxi to Red Hook. Definitely be coming back"
