"Great views, cool crisp air, good food and service, nice trails nearby...just refreshing. We really enjoyed the overall great hospitality. Highlights: the shower is amazing, the bathroom looks newly renovated and they had an elevator. No real downside other than I thought the bed was too firm but that's personal preference."

Es muss einem aber bewusst sein, dass die in Expedia gebuchten Zimmer sich nicht im Schloss sondern in einem Anbau aus den 90er Jahren befinden. Diese sind mit neuen MĂśbeln ausgestattet worden, haben leider ein ziemlich veraltetes Badezimmer und verfĂźgen auch weder Ăźber einen Tresor, KĂźhlschrank, Wasserkocher oder sonst irgendeine Annehmlichkeit. "Wir waren mit unserem 4-tägigen Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock und liegt sehr zentral in einer ruhigen, wenig befahrenen StraĂe. Alle wesentlichen Highlights der Stadt sind fuĂläufig. Ein paar Meter weiter ist ein grĂśĂerer Supermarkt.Parken ist in GĂśrlitz-City fast Ăźberall kostenpflichtig und so gibt es nur wenige kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nähe - man kann aber bis 9 Uhr kostenlos direkt in der StraĂe parken oder fĂźr eine Stunde auf dem Supermarkt Parkplatz.Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, und bietet reichlich Schlafplätze. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend und flexibel. Wir kommen gerne wieder. *****"

"The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beds are to soft and we had a back ache after the first night but this is individual and people who prefer soft ones may like it. Sauna area as well as the whole aquapark is closed after 8pm so this might be a disadvantage for adults wishing to use sauna in the evening.
It's ok for a short trip like 3-4 days but I would not recommend this hotel for a longer stay."
