"The only positives are perhaps relative low price for area, shops and restaurant nearby and heating was ok (it was -10 outside). Kind owners and probably lacking hands too (or motivation). Otherwise expect razor thin walls, cardboard doors with zero insulation, cheap everything, beg for toilet paper every day (in polish, no english), too little parking for the amount of guests.
