Staff are awesome and location is great although the street noise is distracting at night. There’s a number of bars around the hotel and drunk people are usually noisy.

事前に連絡しておいたのにも関わらず、領収書の対応が全然違う。ダメなら違うホテルをとったし事前に話してほしい。 浴室、浴槽が汚い臭い。換気扇がうるさくて眠れない。冷蔵庫も同様。客室の床も汚い。照明もONかOFFしかない。

味の素スタジアムでのサッカー観戦後の宿泊で利用させていただきました。スタッフの方の対応はとても親切で感じの良いホテルでした。また、朝食も種類が豊富でとっても美味しかったです。ただ、お部屋のバスルームの半乾きのような臭いがとても不快に感じました。
