"Cute little place right by the lake and close to Mt. Fuji! The place was nice and clean. They provide great amenities like bicycle rental and other information for tourists. Staff was very kind as we were allowed to wait for a few hours until our bus came. My highlight was the bath as it was a very traditional experience with the yukata!"

"Stay was convenient. Although i did try to contact staff by email and phone i had no luck. But i also didnt book directly with the hostel so its not their fault either. Luckily there was somoene willing to help get in contact with staff. Bedding was comfortable enough, room was provided with air conditioning. But all in all its totally fine for a short stay. Right next to family mart and easy self check in ~ bonus!! "

"This property was a treat to stay in, especially for the price. The traditional futons made for a quiet, relaxing evening before a busy day of touring Fujiyoshida. I was a huge fan of the wood floor bathroom and wooden bathtub as well. I would recommend spring or summer stays, as the traditional construction means it will be quite cold in the winter, but it was a lovely stay and I would recommend this to anyone visiting Mt. Fuji."

"Check in was a little sketchy, I struggled to find the right door at first and keypad. And when I got into my room, I didn't realize the door would lock behind me when I left. "I booked this quadruple room as it faced Mt Fuji. Figured staying there would give me a better chance to see it! You could only see it from one bed however so that was a shame. The room was in the small size for 4 adults, but we did manage to put our 4 suitcases out the way and the toilet, sink snd shower are in separate areas which was handy. They have the most comfortable pyjamas! We also had our best meals nearby, ral local izakaya with great food. Easy train to Kawaguchiko which takes minutes. Recommend the traditional village on the green Seiko bus line (tourist bus)."
