In Göhren-Lebbin (19 km) you will find a true Eldorado for golfers with five golf courses, the largest driving range in Europe, as well as tennis and squash courts and a large leisure pool with sauna area. The Müritz National Park, the largest national park in Germany with a unique, unspoilt natural landscape, borders Waren. Other excursion destinations are of course Röbel and Waren an der Müritz. But the Baltic Sea with the beautiful beach promenade in Warnemünde is also only an hour's drive away. The nearest larger cities are Rostock, Berlin and Hamburg, which are always good for a day trip.
