"we never stayed at the apartment we could not find the building with that name, and when we called the number on the invoice we was told to get access we need to pay another 500 euros deposit and on your site you tell people not to pay 3rd party, so we stayed at the apartment in your picture but not the same name, and we had to pay again and with no 500 euro deposit "

"We have been coming to this hotel for 40 years twice a year. It is our second home. There is nothing we dont like about it apart from one thing, the beds are very hard and uncomfortable and with our mobility problems with our joints that is not good. Everything else is just perfect."
