Pros: Pros: 1. Competitive price. 2. Great swimming pool at secure territory. 3. Spacious apartment. 4. Washing machine, dishwasher. 5. Big shopping mall near by. 6. Quiet area. Cons: 1. Extremely (!!!) noisy highway just 200 m away. Check Google Maps! 2. No air conditioning. 3. No internet at all. Internet in the mall was not stable. 4. Most of kitchenware was a complete garbage. 5. Apartment was not clean and smoky.

Pros: La casa estaba en una residencia muy limpia , con piscina bien cuidada , pero en la casa faltaba aire acondicionado suficiente , solo uno funcionaba , y en el salon no habia . A parte de esto la casa estaba bien equipada , tenia todo lo necesario para una casa de vacanciones . Espero que haya encontrado la casa como nos la dejo Un saludo y hasta pronto

Pros: The Apartment was clean and tidy and had everything you would need for a nice self catered holiday, cooker, hob, washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine etc. everything worked well. the aircon. worked well, it was in the lounge and not in the bedroom but it was fine the apartment was near a large main road but it had double glazing and the noise was kept to a minimum. The Gentleman who owns the apartment dose not live too far away so can be contacted if you need anything. Lovely restaurants in the area corner shop sells cakes, bread, milk and water.

Pros: El piso está fenomenal, la situación es idónea para poder ir a pie a todos los sitios, tanto a la playa como para salir a cenar o de compras. La piscina y las zonas verdes están súper bien cuidadas. El anfitrión es muy amable y nos facilitó todo aquello que necesitamos. Sin duda nos encantaría volver.

Pros: Apartamento situado a 10 minutos del paseo marítimo y justo enfrente de un gran centro comercial (Miramar). Muy cómodo y funcional, con una piscina estupenda. Lo mejor fue la atención recibida por el dueño. Tuvimos un problema con la nevera y lo resolvió rápidamente.

Pros: We had the pleasure to stay in this appartment for 14 days with 2 children. We felt very welcome by the tenant, which also seemed very helpful. They spoke english and were always available to answer questions. The appartment was clean, big and held all nessesary appliances. Great area near a big shoppingmall, zoo, beach and local restaurants. Highly recommended.

Pros: Mooi, schoon en ruim appartement. Goede bedden en alles is aanwezig in de woning. Grote tuin met super zwembad en strandbedden. Prima gelegen: Strand op 15 minuten lopen en winkels op 10 minuten. Bakker en groente winkeltje op 2 minuten lopen. Restaurant Fortun is een aanrader en ligt op 2 minuten lopen. Deze liggen alle drie in de zelfde straat.

Pros: Nous passons totutes nos vacances estivales à Fuengirola depuis plus de 20 ans. Nous changeons fréquemment d'appartement. Celui que nous avons occupé cette année est bien configuré, assez bien meublé pour les vacances. Les équipements (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, frigo) satisfont à nos attentes. Un seul bémol : les effets de literie (draps, taies d'oreillers) ainsi que les serviettes sont fournis en un seul jeu. La vaisselle et les couverts nécessitent d'être changés et augmentés. Hormis ces deux points faibles, qui seront corrigés, j'en suis convaincu, nous sommes très satisfaits du séjour. L'appartement est situé dans un bel immeuble, bien entretenu, avec une belle piscine et des équipements dédiés (transats, parasols). Un problème : le parking n'est pas inclus dans la location bien que mentionné dans l'offre. Quant au propriétaire, rien à dire : nous avons été attendus à l'heure indiquée. David et son père sont très disponibles, très sympathiques et très aidants. Un grand merci à eux. On a déjà pris RDV pour l'an prochain.

Pros: Fin lejlighed med en imødekommende og hjælpsom udlejer. Plads til forbedring i forhold til køkken. Mangler af skærebræt, ildfaste fade, brød/kød knive samt en grundigere rengøring af ovn og tilbehør som riste og plader. Men ellers en fin bolig med en hjælpsom udlejer.

Pros: God lejlighed med alt hvad man har brug for. Stille, rolig og hyggelig lokation. Adskillige caféer og små købmænd indenfor 50 meter. Indkøbscentre indenfor 300 meter. 10 min. gang til strandpromenaden (8 km lang) med et væld af restaurationer og barer for enhver smag. Og så selvfølgelig en super strand. Udlejer (David) er meget imødekommende og hjælpsom og taler stort set flydende engelsk.
