Apartment Description:

This bright and airy 2-bedroom apartment welcomes you with its warm ambiance and is equipped to ensure your comfort and relaxation during your stay. The apartment includes:

Bedrooms:Two bedrooms with large windows allowing in natural light. The beds will be dressed with sheets sourced directly from a professional laundry, where we guarantee they have been washed at high temperatures to ensure restful sleep.

Bathroom:A functional bathroom with a bathtub, and while it's not modern, everything works perfectly. At least 1 complete set of towels will be provided for each guest.

Equipped Kitchen:The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Appliances, utensils, and tableware are at your disposal.

Living-Dining Room:The perfect space to unwind after a day at the beach. The sofa bed offers additional space for extra guests. Enjoy entertainment with the TV or simply relax and enjoy each other's company.

Terrace:The crown jewel of the apartment, the private terrace is ideal for basking in the Mediterranean sun and sea breezes. Enjoy your meals al fresco.

Small Parking Space: Don't worry about parking, as you'll have a reserved spot in the building. No big cars.

As in all CLEF Málaga 🌞 Apartments, you will find the following services:

⭐ The beds will be made 🛏️, and we’ll provide one set of towels 🛁(shower and hand towel) for all registered guests.

⭐ There will be shower gel 🚿 and toilet paper 🧻for a few days (please keep this in mind if your stay is longer).

⭐ Check-in ⏰is from 4:00 p.m. 🛂, and check-outis until 11:00 a.m. 🚕.

⭐ SPECIAL REQUESTS ⭐

At CLEF Málaga, we want to make your experience as pleasant as possible, so we offer help with a range of extra services (ask for rates). Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance:

🧹 🧼 Extra cleaning during your stay: includes sheet and towel change. The cost will be the same as the final cleaning fee in your reservation.

Various: excursions 🎫, taxis 🚕, bicycle rentals 🚴, etc. Prices will be quoted by each provider prior to booking.

In all CLEF Málagaapartments, we require compliance with the following rules:

🚬 Smoking is not allowed inside the property. If smoking outside, please do not throw cigarette butts out the window. If a neighbor’s awning is damaged, we may file a claim.

🐶 Pets are not allowed unless expressly authorized. If authorized, additional costs per pet and stay will apply.

🥳 Parties and events are not allowed.

🗣️ Guests are not permitted to bring visitors into the apartment.

At Clef Málaga, we value coexistence and respect 🌍. To maintain good relationships with neighbors in the building and the community, please be kind and considerate.

Access to the building and apartment must always be with appropriate clothing, dry, and free of beach sand 👚 👕.

⭐ GENERAL INFORMATION OF INTEREST ⭐

External works or noise:This property is located in a building with other apartments that are not ours. We are not responsible for neighbor noise or unannounced construction work beyond our control.

Linen and laundry:All our sheets and towels are washed, dried, and ironed in an industrial laundry, ensuring 100% cleanliness, safety, and hygiene. However, please note that high-quality cleaning products are used, and washing is done at temperatures above 60ºC. Some stains may appear due to chemical reactions between cosmetic products (tanning creams, makeup, etc.) and laundry products (active oxygen, bleach, detergents, etc.).

Reservation modifications:Will be accepted within the free cancellation period, provided the calendar allows it.

Clef Málaga Office Hours:Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. On weekends, our team will handle emergencies and important issues during your stay. For administrative matters, please wait until office hours to be assisted.
