"The main reason for booking this apartment was having the use of it's own hot tub to relax in. When we went to use it we found that it was not working, Basically it was not hot. We contacted the hosts and the very quickly had an engineer on site. Unfortunately the hot tub required a new heater unit which would take some time to obtain, so we were not able to use it during our stay.which was very disappointing. That is the reason for only giving an overall rating of 4 stars. However the hosts...
