"The Hotel Plaza Grande desk clerk was very hospitable and went beyond his duty to make sure we were well taken care of. We needed a taxi to travel to Badajoz which he willfully provided. The taxi service was above standard. Further, the desk clerk was very professional in providing everything we required.
