"Great location in Madrid, a few steps from a subway station. Beautifully decorated apartment, with lovely artwork pieces including images of swirling Dervishes, tapestries, vases… A selection of great books from James Baldwin to Amin Maalouf, art books on Madrid architecture, Goya’s paintings… very comfortable bedroom, and so on. If you add the nicest host ever, what else can you ask for? A pure delight! Thanks for everything! 🙂"

"Pedro is a charming host, and the location is wonderful."

"Good value for money. The apartment was as described, clean and comfortable and spacious but a bit tired. Quiet, on 3rd floor but good lift.The area is great, small local bars and restaurants, interesting indoor market close by, lively but not rowdy. Good jazz bar close.Easy walk to all art galleries and city sites"

"The apartment was clean and and very well furnished. If you are looking for a place that is not in the city center, this appartment is just perfect. Well located, next to a few metro station, just steps from all essential amenities and restaurants. Also very quiet at night even if it's close to a busy street."

"The location was perfect- safe area, right on gran via for shopping and local restaurants. The apartment itself was clean, had new appliances, A/C, larger rooms than you would typically find and Javier was awesome to work with- professional, very helpful and responsive throughout our summer rental. We would highly recommned this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Madrid!"

"very nice hotel ,very convenient to the grand via ,shops, and only 10 mins walk to the real palace . staff were very friendly ,breakfast was good . room was very nice like an apartment with amazing views onto the grand via strip ,there were a couple of things that maybe could of had ,some drawers as even though there was a wardrobe with 2 sections and 2 shelves i felt there wasn't quite enough space to house more than a few days clothes for 2 people ,also maybe a couple of hooks in bathroom to hang clothes when getting ready ,the bed was extremely squeaky every time i moved on my side it seemed to knock against wall and the vibrations of the underground trains slightly annoying but that's not the fault of the hotel. Besides that we had a lovely stay thank you, i would say though that i felt it wasn't quite a 5 star ,i have stayed in a lot of hotels and it didn't quite come up to that in my opinion."
