Second time of staying having booked through Hotels.com. Both times hotel had no record of our booking. Unclear where the fault lay. Luckily a room was available each time as out of season. Hotel and rooms need refurbishment.

No les constaba mi reserva de hace mas de un mes. Habitación dificil con la bañera en medio, una tv que solo se ven 4 canales con interferencias y sin enchufes. Tuve que poner un alargador que habia desde el baño. Gente gritando por los pasillos hasta la 01h.
