"Information about dog area, we sat outside with our dog for a drink but the dog area was closed. It was very cold BUT we had to eat so ordered food for outside, the young lady then told us there was an area INSIDE we could eat in with our dog. Wish we had known this from the start."

He takes the time to explain everything you'd need for a great visit. He even includes a wine cooler in your room (with excellent local options). Highly recommended! We would certainly stay again "

"This was a very nice 3 star hotel off the beaten path, near to the highway corridor’s that take to the many wineries in the area. Staff was very helpful and nice. Room was utilitarian and clean. Restaurant across the street was part of a gas station with excellent food."

"We arrived from an over seas flight then drove from Madrid to the hotel 1.5hrs . The lady at the front desk gave us a hard time BC check in is at 1PM . She had a really crapy attitude. The hotel was almost empty. I asked her if the room was available or if it had to be cleaned and she said it didn’t matter check in was at 1PM . So we sat in the lobby for about a half hour fell asleep on the couch . She felt sorry for us I guess and at about 12:15 gave us our room . But she was not friendly and not nice . I could understand if the hotel was busy and the room not cleaned but Damm what a way to receive people ! She warmed up at the end . I didn’t argue with her I just asked her if we could have the room earlier and asked if the hotel was busy , she replied the policy of 1PM check in. Whatever. Not very nice . We felt like we were annoying her , we didn’t feel welcome . "

"Overall nice hotel, the breakfast was good and the view from the top is amazing. Parking is a little tight, staff very welcoming and accommodating. They do have an issue with flies, around the main entrance and on the roof. If you open the window in your room, the flies will find their way in. "
