The breakfast was the best! The dining room overlooks the beautiful lake and mountains and the food is really tasty. The room we got was a bit tucked in the back and had no view. It was very large and the beds were comfortable enough. It did get quite cold and we had no ability to adjust the heating. Note that there is no parking included with the hotel, there is only street parking and it is only free after 6 PM.

The view from top floor is amazing. The service is very good and responsive to everything we asked. The sauna is absolutely fantastic. On the one negative, the bed is minimally comfortable and the pillows need to be all replaced. Had to ask for extra pillows because there’s literally a handful of stuffing per pillow and adding a second pillow just didn’t help so sleep wasn’t great. Other than that everything is great.

Beautiful view and surroundings.

Lovely place. Great area to walk around lake with a beautiful Mountain View. The staff was helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Ein schönes kleines Hotel am Hopfen See. Ich war positiv überrascht vom Hotel. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze vor Ort. Mit einem sehr tollen Frühstücksbuffet, es gibt echt alles, lässt es sich gut in die Tagestouren starten. Das Restaurant ist für Abends ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Egal welche Rückfragen wir hatten, wurden uns sofort und freundlich beantwortet. Die Zimmer sind teilweise renoviert. Das Badezimmer ist sauber, benötigt jedoch so langsam auch eine Renovierung.

Schönes Hotel, aber zusätzliche Kosten

Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr sauber, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbüffet lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Wir hatten erst ein Standardzimmer und dann auf ein Komfortzimmer umgebucht, da dieses entgegen des Standards mit einem Doppelbett angeboten war. Leider war das Zimmer nur mit zwei schmalen aneinandergeschobenen Einzelbetten ausgestattet. Für den Hund sollten lt. Buchungsportal 10€/Tag bezahlt werden, berechnet wurden 15€. Bei der Abreise wurde zudem noch eine Energiepauschale in Höhe von 2€ pro Person und Nacht berechnet, ohne das im Vorfeld zu kommunizieren

Nettes Hotel, gutes Abendessen, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Lediglich die Teppiche in den Zimmern sollten einmal "durchgereinigt" werden.

Beautiful lake view from hotel

Hotel is just in front of the lake Hopfen. It offers a beautiful view. We could just walk out to the lakeside and watch the beautiful sunset. Receptionist is friendly. We asked for a kettle which was not provided in the room. And it was delivered promptly.

Das Zimmer das wir bekommen haben war leider im Souterrai. Aussicht dementsprechend leider keine vorhanden, war aber kein Problem war da wir eh "nur" zum Schlafen dort waren. Zimmer relativ alt, aber sauber. Nicht abgewohnt. Bad okay - allerdings auch entsprechend alt. Service 1A. Betten allerdings sehr hart da diese lt. Auskunft des Hotels neu sind. Für ein paar Nächte schon okay. Hotel an sich sehr sauber und sehr familiär. Frühstück und Service TOP. Alles vorhanden was man sich zum Frühstück wünscht. Restaurant top Aussicht auf den See. Alles in allen gerne wieder

We enjoyed every moment of our stay at Hotel Geiger. The view of the lake and the village from our room was gorgeous! Our room was very clean and comfortable, staff was helpful, and the breakfast buffet offered many tasty options. Alles war ausgezeichnet!

Romantico, ma si può migliorare il servizio

Hotel in posizione strategica, sul lago (molto suggestivo). Appena si entra nell'hotel però sembra di essere entrati in un ristorante e non si vede dov'è la reception (noi pensavamo di aver sbagliato entrata). La ragazza alla reception parlava poco inglese, mentre quella che c'era il giorno dopo non lo capiva proprio e non capiva le nostre richieste. Camera pulita e spaziosa, con vista lago molto romantica. Letto scomodo e cuscini troppo molli. Le bustine del kit doccia erano impossibili da aprire e ci ho messo 5 min buoni per far uscire un pelo di bagnoschiuma per lavarmi decentemente (magari suggerirei di dotarsi di piccole ampolline o bottigliette con tappo!). Colazione ottima! Quando siamo tornati in camera per rifare le valigie prima di partire, una signora (penso quella delle pulizie) ha aperto la porta della camera, dopo aver bussato una volta senza neanche aspettare la nostra risposta, e ci ha trovati mentre ci stavamo ancora vestendo (non ci è piaciuto per niente!)
