"The hotel was a hidden gem. I received the best service at check-in and at the restaurant and from the cleaning staff. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Plus you get a Fussen card which allows you to take the bus for free all over the little city. "

"The front desk was so EXTREMELY patient and kind to us. They were very accomadating and understanding to our language barrier. An exceptionally thoughtful young man assisted us part way to get our bus in the rain. Without his help not sure if we would have made our connections. Front desk and your man (possibly Asian) went above and beyond. Highly recommend…!"
