A basic inn, but staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful and our mountain view rooms were spectacular. A bit of a distance from the station, but worth it to be so close to Fuji. Walk to many restaurants.

Fabulous Fuji san mountain view from the window! Just one minute walk to a shopping mall with food, pharmacy and groceries.

The elderly uncle used a live language translator app to speak with us, and he was very proud of the beautiful carefully maintained flowers plus cute giant soft toys everywhere in the lobby. He was very apologetic about the minor leaks from the roof because of the heavy rains. It is like visiting your dear grand-aunt's house, very cosy, quaint, tidy, warm, clean. It is also right next to the Bell Shopping Centre so very handy for food, groceries, anything.

Great place to stay with view of Mount Fuji. The front desk guy was nice and let us check in early, but was not present at the desk always nor spoke any English at all
