"I stayed at this hotel 5 years ago and it was great. Coming back after 5 years a little different. Need to improve on the cleanliness. Pillow smells like it hasn't change at all. Curtains has a lot of stains and air conditioning not working well. This hotel need to refurbish or improve on the cleaning. ..."

"2泊しました。施設自体古くメンテナンスやお掃除が今ひとつでしたが、スタッフの方はフレンドリーで良かったです。お食事は1泊目の夜ご飯と2日目の朝食は素晴らしくとても美味しかったのですが、2日目の夕食が1日目より量も質もややグレードダウン、朝食もビュッフェになり残念でした。とは言え、また白神山地に行く際にはこちらにお邪魔したいと思います。ありがとうございました。"
