"Great customer service by the staff, lots of restaurants nearby and free shuttle to Lake Kawaguchiko station. The view from our view was excellent since we could see Mt. Fuji. Only complaints were some of the furniture were worn out a bit and there was a strange fishy smell in our bathroom."

"Was blown away by the view from the bedroom as it looks directly to Mount Fuji. Area was quiet with very friendly older neighbor. My family stayed here and would highly recommend for a clean and much larger accommodation due to rural area compared to the busy cities in Osaka and Tokyo."
