"Very convenient with the express bus stop right outside the hotel. Bus to attractions is opposite the hotel and there are eateries and bakery nearby. Room was big and comfortable."

"This property is a 5/5 for sure, this was a highlight of my trip. Spend a little extra and get the premium suite with the private bath. The staff are all amazing, they are super professional and always helpful. The hotel Onsen is amazing too, its baths + sauna were so relaxing. The danger about staying here is you never want to leave the hotel. "

"The place was amazing, if you're looking for a typical japanese experience this is the place . The property is nice and well maintained. The rooms are not new but it add to the classical japanese experience. Overall i recommend if you are looking to live the authentical japanese experience. The staff was so polite and professional too."

"We had a nice stay in one of the deluxe Japanese rooms. It was a treat for us and we felt well taken care of. We chose the half board option and the food and service felt special. The accommodation is just off the main strip but still very close. We really enjoyed our 2 nights. I would have liked to choose between an upper floor or lower floor as I pictured having a garden attached to our open air bath (I am probably being unrealistic so this is on me!), but it was still very lovely!"

"a bit far from the station but with provided shuttle service to and from the hotel it was worth it. The seaside view was wonderful. I wanted to stare at ot for days. Breakfast buffet had plenty of option and the dining hall was spacious. they also provided a drink bar at night. Indoor and outdoor hot springs. Would definitely stay again."

"Unfortunately there was only green tea and no coffee in the rooms, however, the chef sells coffee during breakfast for 100 yen which was nice to have. "
