"Fabulous hotel, right next to the train station, which has many shops and restaurants. It was easy to catch the bus that loops around the major sites."

She provided us with hotel information (e.g. daily breakfast, Onsen, laundry, etc.) clearly. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful with welcoming smiles. We also appreciated the daily room cleaning service. The quality of the daily breakfast was excellent! We were very impressed with the effectiveness and efficiency of baggage forwarding service provided by the hotel as we needed to send one baggage to a hotel in Tokyo on the day before our checking out from Manten Hotel in Toyama. "At first I couldn’t believe how budget friendly this hotel was for two nights so I honestly didn’t expect much from it but was I in for a surprise . I found the room to be surprisingly spacious but yes the bathroom is cramped (although I am around five foot so wasn’t much of a problem) but can be something to consider. However, for a few days it’s the perfect stay. It’s right close to Kanazawa’s station so travelling anywhere made it so easy, there is a mall right next "

"Felt like I was staying at a Spa. Very peaceful quiet inside hotel even though front hotel entrance faces busy street. Very relaxing onsen, sauna & cold plunge. The rooms and onsens were spotless clean too. Will definitely be returning!"

"Excellent location 20 mins walk from train station. Fantastic hotel with an Onsen to relax in. Welcoming and attentive staff. Breakfast was superb. Huge choice with many local delicacies to try. A small problem of limited storage in room, but other than this 5 star rating"

"This is the second Daiwa Roynet property I have stayed in, and both Himeji and Kanazawa have been comfortable. The walk in shower bathtub combo is the best and good that everything is on one level...no step up to get in it. Coin laundry is convenient on another floor. Change can be made in the lobby machine. I will be staying in their Aomori property as well later this week."
