We did not realize that the property was an unmanned lobby. We arrived in Fukuoka on a ferry so got to the hotel way before our check in time. We needed our luggage held until we can check in. Long story short, they did not provide storage service. There was no television in the room. I checked the website on hotels.com and it says there’s supposed to be a tv in the room but, alas, no. We figured it will be a quiet three nights. Also we had a view of the rear of the property, which was someone’s backyard. No riverside view whatsoever. It was just disappointing.

The vertical curtain is damaged and does not cover the window perfectly. Noisy is alot and room is so dark. Feels like i was in the ghost house. So left that hotel in 1 hour after check in. Terrible

The room itself was large for Japan and tastefully designed, and had good amenities and facilities. The first drawbacks was being on the second floor and near to a noisy road. The second was coming home late and trying to get in. There was a keycode to enter in a small dimly lit doorway into a keypad that didn't work well.

Für uns eher ein schreckliches Hotel. Extrem dreckige Zimmer, die Wände mit Schmutz beschmiert, nasser und dreckiger Teppich, lieblos (oder gar nicht) eingerichtetes Zimmer. Und es stank nach toten Tier im Raum. Das Bettlaken kaputt und mit Flecken vom Vorgänger. Kommunikation mit Betreiber kaum möglich. Telefonisch nicht erreichbar, eine Email haben wir bekommen, dass ein Zimmerwechsel nicht möglich ist. Danach keinerlei Antworten auf Emails und Nachfragen. Von unserer Seite nicht zu empfehlen.

家のような感じでくつろげました。

すぐそばにCharichariのブースもあり、歩いてあちこちいけるので便利でした。タクシーもすぐそばを走っています。 洗濯機と洗剤、干すための用具があったのでとても助かりました。いきなり２５度をこえるような暑い日になったため、洗濯物を家に帰る前に洗えて助かりました。 すぐそばにある銭湯にいけなかったのだけが心残りでした。

굉장히 춥고 천장형 에어컨 및 온풍기는 청결하지 않습니다. 청소 상태도 그닥 좋지 못하며 식기류는 전부 이염되어 있습니다. 커튼 대신 버티컬 블라인드만 있어서 햇빛이 너무 잘 들어오며 그마저도 고장나 있었습니다.

民泊っぽく快適

初めて宿泊しました。 完全無人で、入口にあるタブレットでチェックイン／アウトの手続きを行い、部屋は暗証番号で解錠する仕組みでした。民泊に近い考え方かもしれません。 一人で過ごすには広すぎるお部屋で、快適に過ごしました。 　 冷蔵庫、アイロン、ネスプレッソも揃っていました。 タオルやバスローブも清潔でした。 部屋にテレビがないのが斬新でしたが、なければ観ないだけなので気になりませんでした。 窓の桟にホコリが若干浮いていたり、シャワー室に水垢が目立っていましたが、それで不潔ということはなく、掃除の際の洗剤などを工夫すればより良くなるのかなと思えました。 　 仕事ではなく家族や友達とゆっくり過ごしたいと思いました。 また利用したいです

残念な点 ・照明が暗い、暗すぎる。クローゼットなんてまじで見えないです。もっと光量あげてほしい。 ・トイレットペーパーの補充が有料サービスだと言われた ・外は結構騒々しい。車の音や若者の話し声や叫び声が夜通し聞こえる夜もあった ※暗さはかなりクリティカルで、せっかく快適な部屋を台無しにしてる、また行きたいけど、再利用をためらうレベルで暗い よかった ・おしゃれで、適度にゆとりのあるスペース ・徒歩30秒で業務スーパーあり ・タイムズカーシェアが近くにあった ・洗濯機があること ・天神まで歩いていけること
