フロント（レセプション）はありません。徒歩10分ほど離れた場所でチェックインします。 荷物は預かってもらえますが、自分で荷物置き場に置くだけです。部外者が入っても怪しまれないような雰囲気の空間なので、盗難が心配です。 1階入り口の入り方で悩むと思います。鍵を挿して回すとドアが開きます。 1階のインターホンで部屋番号を押すと録画されるようです。部屋のインターホンのモニターに大量の過去の録画が残ったままになっています。 バスルームに髪の毛が残ってました。 ホテルというより、ただのマンションです。部屋の掃除やゴミ捨て、朝食などはありません。 タオルは日数分が置かれています。 Wi-Fiは各階に2.5GHzと5GHzのアクセスポイントがありますが、どちらに繋いでも2Mbps程度しかでません。 スタッフは悪くありません。オーナーが悪いのです。 オーナーは、客のことを全く考えていません。ここまで酷いホテルは初めてです。

すごく良かったです。

家族5人での宿泊でしたが広さは十分で場所も文句なしでした。 ただ、家族5人が3泊するのにトイレットペーパーが1つでは足りません。 宿泊人数、日数で備品の数を増やしてもらえるともっといいと思います。 あと、洗濯機、レンジが部屋の中にあれば文句なしです。 福岡に旅行の際にはまた利用されていただきます。 ありがとうございました。

室内も綺麗でWi-fiも有り、キャナルシティー、天神、博多ベイサイドも徒歩圏内と便利な立地です。地理があまり分からずチェックインが別の場所が困りました。

氣到不行

Check in 櫃檯人員的素質很差，誤刷了我46000多日幣，把我的訂單跟中國香港的旅客搞混，當下我寫的訂單號都沒對，旅客大名也沒看，氣到不行，還告知禮拜六晚上的誤刷金額，禮拜一才會退刷，損失的海外交易刷卡交易費用，也不知道有沒有得退，真的很莫名奇妙！

Great stay - Clean

The room and bed is very comfortable and clean and nice! Only bad thing is no wifi in room as it's new. Not that near to the train station.

ホテル自体にフロントが無くかなり遠い別の場所で鍵を受け取らなければならない。重い荷物を持って歩くのは辛いかも。予約の文章のかなり後半に小さく書かれているので注意が必要。あとは玄関とエレベータ内の臭いが耐えられなかった。部屋の中も建材か何か化学的な臭いがするので窓を開けっ放しで寝た。新築っぽい物件なのにもったいない。
