Amazing Property, near by Hakata Station and Canal City Hakata is across the street, everything 7/11 restaurant etc are all walking distance. The Hotel is clean, our room was beautiful with a nice view of the river, with washer and dryer. Highly recommend this Hotel.

I lost my necklace at this hotel and cleaning kindly didn't toss it but rather have it to management where I was able to retrieve it later. I am incredibly grateful. I like the split living room from the beds, enjoy being able to cook, and enjoy the canal view. Great stay, would recommend.

Lots of space. Loved the extra bed and the door separator for privacy. The ofuro after a long day of walking (and a shower) always so relaxing. Small kitchen, but we like that. Close to lots of great stuff in Fukuoka.

Excellent location, good price. Bed was firm but comfortable. Easy check in process, no issues. Parking is expensive in the large lot next to the building. Look for budget locations if you need parking. WiFi worked well. Will stay there again in the future.

Good hotel for family

We stayed for 6 nights in unit that is good for 5 persons. The size of the room is a bit tight but it is acceptable. The unit and all amenities are very clean. Location is perfect as it is walking distance to a shopping mall, metro/train station, easy access to take a taxi. Communication with the property was easy (before our actual check-in date) and all my requests were attended to. Highly recommended
