overall this hotel was excellent. We could smell smoke (cigarette) but we had a air purifier that helped the smell. We did not take advantage of the breakfast in the hotel since we had more options within walking distance. Staff was accommodating and friendly always offering their assistance.

サービスが最高です。荷物を持って部屋まで案内してくれる。タクシーをすぐに送ってくれる。タクシーが来たら呼びに来てくれる。タクシーに入る時に頭をぶつけない様に手を添えてくれる。昔のホテルはみんなこんな感じだった。でも安いホテルが増えて、こういう行き届いたサービスがなくなって当たり前になった。でもやっぱりこういうサービスが一番だと感じる。これから福岡に来たら必ずニューオータニにします。そう思えるほどの気の効いたサービス、声掛けでした。ありがとうございました。
