It was alright

The front desk agent (Taguchi) during check-in was very unprofessional, a bit rude, he was definitely not calmed, looked agitated. The room was good, breakfast buffet was good as well. The female staff during checkout was nice and helpful.

The room is old, bathroom not clean. I shower in the bathtub but the shower curtain cannot fully cover, water splash out and the drain was clogged. I cannot select A/C mode to Heat or Cold, as it's a central AC, I can only select Low/ Mid/ High. it was a hot day and the heat was on, that made the room so hot, window cannot be opened.
