Comfortable accomodation for 2. We had plenty of room and the beds were comfortable (a little on the softer side). We could easily prepare breakfast in the morning with the small kitchen as well. The bus stop is very close by, as is a large 7-11. And we were also able to rent bikes for the day from this accomodation, which we really enjoyed! Check-in worked exactly as described. Recommended!

My cost was comparable to a hostel or capsule. I'd stay here again for that price without question. Seems geared toward extended stays. It's an old apartment which has been repurposed into a hotel. It feels a bit run-down but it's clean and perfectly fine. No elevator, so it would be nice if you could reserve a specific floor. Noise travels freely between rooms, but the other guests were quiet. The location is fairly convenient. Subway 10-15min walk away, and a bus stop around the corner which will get you to Tenjin or Hakata pretty quickly. The buses run closer to schedule than expected. Don't expect hotel-level amenities. There was a toothbrush iirc, and a tablet which I found odd. But no TV, no coffee or tea, no body sponge/towel or even a washrag. The kitchenette is nice to have available, but I didn't have any use for it. The check-in process is a bit convoluted, and they provide more information than necessary and even some which is inaccurate (e.g. they ask you to separate and dispose of your garbage, but they don't supply bags or bins for this). The entrance lock doesn't always work, had some trouble getting in one evening. I used the correct code and the knob turned, but the lock wouldn't move with it. After about 10 attempts, it eventually unlocked. I wished they'd given a way to block the sunlight from the clerestory windows.

ドームなどの近隣の施設利用の際にとても便利です。最上階ロフトつきで、夏場でもクーラー効いているので、子供が寝るのに大喜びでした。 ロフトの階段、ロフト自体からの落下、ベッドの柵がないので、小さいお子さんがいる場合は、床にベッドマットを敷くといいと思います。 押し入れに予備の布団類がありましたし、キッチンにも最低限の調理器具、皿やコップ類がありました。 道路に面していますが、夜の騒音は気にならずに眠れました。夏場は朝早くから日差しが入るので、ゆっくり眠りたい方はアイマスクを準備することお勧めします。 駐車場は近くにありますが、夏場に少し歩くのが大変だったこと、到着した時点での室内の匂いと押し入れの寝具の匂いが気になったので星ひとつ減点しました。 しかし総合的に場所や値段、清潔面も素晴らしく、気持ちよく泊まることができました。イベントがある際はまた利用したいと思います。

시설및위치 청결 서비스는 모두만족합니다 다만아쉬운건 숙소위치가 차도옆이라 소음에민감하신분들은 다소 시끄러울수있습니다 그외다른불편한건 침대가 한국에비해서 너무작은게 가장큰단점이네요 다른부분은 대체로만족이에요

掃除が行き届いてない所が多々ありました。 特に天井に近い所や照明の上•周りにホコリやクモの巣みたいなものがありました。 床などは綺麗でした。 設備は昭和っぽさを感じる。 簡単なリフォームは されていました。 水道は お湯と水のそれぞれの蛇口をひねって自分で調節するタイプのもの。 お湯は かなりの高温が出るのでお気を付けください。 エアコンは新しい感じで、かなり寒い日の宿泊でしたが、問題なく快適に過ごせました。 比較的交通量の多いエリアなので、バイクやトラックなどの音が少し気になる時がありました。 素泊まりだったので、安く費用を抑えられて良かったです。 潔癖症気味の人はあまりおすすめしません。 交通の便や動きやすい利便性•立地を考えるとコスパ、タイパに優れていると思います。 周辺にはコインパーキングも いくつかあるので、特に夜間の時間帯は安くなる所もあるので、車を利用する人はリサーチしてスケジュールを組んでおくとお得に旅行を楽しめます。 また機会があれば利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました😊

가까운 곳에 편의점이 있어 좋았습니다. 객실에서 하천이 보이는 것도 좋았어요! 버스 정류장도 멀지 않은 곳에 있어 텐진이나 하카타 등으로 이동하는 것이 편리했고, 도보 15분 정도에 위치한 백화점이 있어 식사 및 쇼핑도 쉽습니다. 다음에도 또 방문하고 싶어요.

まず、1泊目に宿泊した部屋は、掲載内容とは大きくかけ離れた状態で、特に息が詰まるほどの悪臭が部屋全体に広がっており、到底快適に過ごせる環境ではありませんでした。にもかかわらず、そのような問題については、事前の掲載情報に一切記載がなく、利用者として非常に不誠実な対応を受けたと感じています。 悪臭の深刻さに耐えかね、翌朝ホテル側に部屋の変更をお願いしたところ、すぐに快諾され、別の部屋に移ることができました。その新しい部屋は空気も清潔で、埃なども見当たらず、ようやく人が安心して滞在できる環境が整っていました。この対応から、ホテル側も初日に提供された部屋に問題があったことを認識していたものと理解しています。 そこで、私は当然のこととして、初日の1泊分のみの返金をお願いしましたが、それに対しては理由の記載もないまま、「返金はできない」と即答されました。さらに、「その対応は納得できない」と再度連絡したところ、以降一切の返信がなく、完全に無視されています。 この一連の対応から判断すると、このホテルの利用は「運次第」です。運よく悪臭のない清潔な部屋に当たれば快適に過ごせるかもしれませんが、もし最初に私が案内されたような、呼吸さえ苦痛に感じるような異臭の部屋にあたってしまった場合、返金もされず、抗議すら無視される可能性があります。そして何よりも問題なのは、このような差があるにもかかわらず、予約サイトや掲載内容にはそのリスクがまったく記載されていないということです。 以上の理由から、このホテルに宿泊することは絶対におすすめできません。宿泊先を探している方には、こうしたトラブルのリスクを避けるためにも、別の宿泊施設を選ばれることを強くおすすめいたします。
