サービスも対応もよく、２度目の利用でしたが良かったです。 利用者が中国などの観光客が多いので、少し圧倒されますが、マナーが悪いこともなく問題ありませんでした。 清潔で、一階に冷水と温水もあります。アメニティを必要時一階にあります。 また利用したいと思います。

天神からちょっと離れているので、穴場感はあります。実は少し歩くと隠れ家的な飲食店が点在してます。 朝食は種類が豊富で良かったです。インバウンドの人はほぼアジア系の人で、朝食会場担当のお姉さんはひたすら日本人の私にも英語で話してました。

我们是2点50分左右到的酒店，问前台有没有驻车场，前台那女的直接就说驻车场满啦，当时以为真的满了呢，我们就把车停到酒店外的投硬币驻车场了（一点不好找停的还远）当时心想酒店三点才开使办理入住，而且驻车场不能提前预约，怎么会满了呢，就觉的奇怪，等停完车回酒店办理入住的时后就换人了，可能是那女的下班了，换个男的，我说开车来的有驻车场吗，那男的说有，我们又出去把车取回来停在酒店了，太烦人啦，（为什么有停车场前台那女不让用，我也看见停车场空着，没停一台车）在也不想来了

連携の駐車場があるとなお良い 敷地内の駐車場が台数が少ないので、近隣の駐車場を紹介していただきましたが、敷地内駐車場の料金を超えた部分の補助とかがあるともっと良かったかもしれません うちはたまたま紹介してもらったところで逆に安くとめれましたが 朝食ビュッフェの種類で、飲み物が100％果物ジュースがあると嬉しいです コインランドリーも増やしてもらえたら、、、 お部屋は広く快適に過ごせました また博多で泊まる時は利用させてもらいたいです

お部屋も思っていたより広く、清潔でスタッフの対応も良かったです。子供用のアメニティーも用意していただいて、子供も喜んでいました。 強いて言うなら、朝食バイキングのデザートが子供向けなのがあったら良かったかな？と、思いました。 あと、忘れ物を確認していたら、ベットの下に、以前の宿泊客が利用したであろう室内履きが落ちていたところが唯一のマイナス点かなと、思います。 けど、総合的に大満足でした。

만족합니다만 조금 개선이 가능합니다

밤에 기계실인지 에어컨인지 진동소리 때문에 잠을 좀 설쳤어요. 그리고 화장실에서 소변냄새가 조금 나는데 이건 청소 문제보단 배관설계 구조적 문제인 듯 해요. 그렇지만 욕조 세면대가 아닌 바닥까지 락스로 청소를 해준다면 해결될 수도 있을 거로 생각합니다. 위치 서비스는 백퍼센트 만족입니다.
