The location is convenient to Hakata Station. The lobby is impressive, with lovely books and interior design, and the music is tasteful. The staff are helpful. Unfortunately, the room we booked was 行政雙床房, 非吸煙房 (Episode 1, with Club Lounge Access). It is spacious, but it's on the second floor and faces the back of the building, so it gets no sunlight and remains very dark even during the day. The toilet is very small, and the shower curtain smells unpleasant.

Convenient to Hakata station, the hotel is a great place to stay in Fukuoka. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of Japanese and Western style. Very beautiful inside as well.

I really wanted to love this hotel, it wasn’t bad but “basic” is what it is. Pros: Staff were amazing, helpful and kind Room was lovely, spacious and great bathroom Very close walk to train station Cons: No onsite laundry, cost me 4200 yen to have my 3 year olds two outfits cleaned. The towels were so tiny as well as the pyjamas No pool or onsen Lounge was only available to some rooms

This hotel is a clash of modern classy and old school. Room is spacious, clean and bright. The only downside is the bathtub which is a norm for Japan hotels but I wish they had the option of a standing shower too. It’s located very near to Hakata station about 7mins walk and even though it’s opp a school, it’s relatively quiet.

This place has a really nice lobby that gives us great intro to the city. I mean the high ceiling was beautiful and I appreciate that library like shelves and the McIntosh Soundsystem quietly playing some lounge music I like that. The cafeteria was good too, but one part that they could’ve made better was the entryway is a little crowded. Food was good and one weird thing that I really really liked was the chopsticks that they used. They were so fine light and accurate. I really like our room. Our family of four people fit in perfectly and the ambience was up-to-date, clean modern I like it. Parking the car was good too. They had a nice basement parking getting around the city easy.

Beautiful lobby with great books, unique architecture. Super helpful staff. Unfortunately the bathrooms stink due to engineering issues with plumbing. We even changed our room, but the result was still the same. Not what you expect from a hotel like this. On another note, the lounge is reserved for guests in higher tier rooms. Some kind of airline like thing where you can only access facilities based on your ticket class. I did not like that at all.

1) Toilet light is action-detected on and off, that’s not user friendly as the light will go off when using the toilet. The person needs to keep moving to keep the lights on while using the toilet is not appropriate. 2) The pajama provide is very nice, but the house cleaning didn’t give the different size after cleaning which I think it’s not so considering, that also makes the pajama unable due to size problems. 3) The house cleaning also didn’t tidy up the wire of hair-dryer and also miss the replace the wooden stirrer. Other than the above, I am very satisfied with the location, the room cleanness and the stuff services, which I will definitely come back again to this hotel with my family.
