Quite spacious for most hotels in Japan. Free laundry machine use but have to pay 50 yen for detergent. Lots of free amenities included too. 2 mins walk from Hakata station. Not too far to roll luggage to. Lots of stores restaurants conveniently around the block.

Excellent staff and service. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, and the location was very central and convenient to our needs. There were many great restaurants all in a short walking distance.

The property near to hakata station which make it easy to travel around. However if you are driving the parking lot is difficult to find. The property is quite old and room is small.

Nicely located near Hakata Station with a lot of places to shop and eat. The place was nicely run and staff are courteous and helpful. The other critics are there were obvious stains on the carpet by the bedside on all three rooms that I have stayed. Hope management can take notice. Apart from that I do recommend this hotel.

The hallway smelled awful, hotel was outdated, and there was very little in the way of amenities. Staff were not very welcoming or helpful. Great location but that was about it. Bathroom was outdated with lots of black mold on the tub. Definitely wouldn't reccomend.
