The location and the laundry facilities are a game changer. The beds however are not too comfortable like sleeping on the floor. Other than that the place was great. Will book again.

Clean room. Sofa bed is soggy. There is a loft for sleeping but not probably good for seniors because it is high and steep to climb. Staffs are very helpful. A++ Location is convenient to Hakata Station.

The locationis easy to get transport. The room has a loft, which is very suitable for families with children. The sofa and loft floor in the room were dusty, so we did additional cleaning. The bathroom and kitchen were clean. checkin was contactless it's so easy for late arriving. No lift on-site, so it was a bit hard to carry our two large languages to get second floor.

The property was recommended on social media. Very comfortable and home-like. The place is on a quiet side street near to many convenience stores and walking distance to Hakata Station and paid parking. They could improve their internet speed as our unit connection was very slow. Not good for streaming videos. As well some of the filters and fans in the bathroom need a little more attention, but that is a small detail. Overall though we would comeback again.

숙소의 위치와 가격은 최고입니다. 숙소에서 도보 5분 이내, 3개의 편의점, 3개의 중급 슈퍼마켓이 있고, 10분이면 하카타역이니 마켓에서 물건 사는 것이 엄청 편합니다. 복층 구조로 되어 있어 5명도 이용가능합니다. 6월 7일부터 3박을 했으나 날씨가 좀 싸늘(?)하여 에어콘은 사용하지 않았습니다. 다만, 층간 소음이 있습니다. 여튼, 또 다시 이곳을 이용할 겁니다.

家族4人快適に宿泊することが出来ました。部屋も快適に過ごせる家電も揃い、料金もリーズナブルで大変満足です。マイナス星一つは、上階に宿泊された方が夜中までドタバタとうるさく、喋り声も聞こえましたので、全体の宿泊客のマナーやモラルで快適差が生まれる点ですね！

소파겸용 2층침대는 너무 불편한것같아서. 복층? 에서 잤어요. 사다리가 불안하긴하지만 훨씬 편해요. 여러명이 잘 수 있을듯해요 ㅎㅎ (여자들) 화장실에는 샤워공간이 따로 있고. 욕조가 있으나. 욕조에서 씻기 불편해요ㅋㅋ 샤워기 물트는곳이..먼곳에있음. 일반 호텔보다 넓어서 좋고 (복층에서 잔다면) 방음은 안됨. (제가갔을땐 옆건물 공사중이라 시끄러움) 청결을 중요시한다면 호텔 추천. 실내슬리퍼는 (일회용) 꼭 챙겨가세요! 있으면 편해요~

離博多站不遠,走路十多分鐘到,房內整潔,有問題問工作人員都會回應,有洗衣機,浴室內有乾燥設施可烘乾衣物,登記住房要先去A那邊才有登記住宿的平板 ,走約5分鐘,附近有24H超市Sunny Hakata方便購入生活用品

역에서 걸어갔는데 멀어요 확실히 멉니다. 난방이 잘안되서 추워요ㅠㅠ 히터가 거의 천장가까이 설치되어있어서 아래까지 잘안되는같아요 복층에서 주무시면 따뜻했을지도 모르겠네요 복층계단이 너무 가파르기땜에 올라가기도 힘들어요 사진만 보고 방이 엄청 넓을줄알았는데 속았어요 그정도는 아닙니다 매트리스는 소리도 나고 쿠션감 전혀없어요 셀프체크인할때 태블릿으로 이름 나이 주소 적고 여권사진찍는걸 숙박하는사람 모두 입력해야해서 한참걸려서 열받습니다 그나마 장점은 세탁기 있고(하지만 안씀) 욕조 물채우는게 자동으로 되고 온도도 맞출수있다는것? 욕조 뜨끈한물에 몸을 한참담그고 나서 잠들면 그나마 덜춥습니다, 제가 그랬고 남편은 안했는데 많이 추웠대요 근데 샤워기옆에 온수10분이상쓰면 가스정지하고 물이 안나올수있다는 경고문이 있어요ㅋㅋ 혹시 물안나올까봐 진짜 빨리 씻었어요 또 샴푸린스들어있는 통이 오래됐는지 샴푸라고 적힌 글이 지워져서 구분이 잘안됐어요 린스가 유일하게 희미하게나마 보여서 구분했네요 저희가 갔을땐 주위는 조용했어요 예약취소가 안되서 갔지만 딱히 추천하고싶진않습니다
