It is a short walk to the beach and it has a large second story deck, although we used the deck very little because we spent most of our time at the beaches, biking or kayaking. "We love Pass a Grille! Condo was nice...but...it needs stuff. It's almost as if they depend on the people who rent the place to stock it with dishes, utensils, towels etc. For instance, they had a wine glass, but no corkscrew. I'm assuming a renter left the wine glass there. We have stayed in PaG for 10 years and never had to do without beach chairs. The photos show a beach chair, but there were none.
