"I have truly nothing but great things to say about Jessica and her property. Not only was it as described, but perhaps better - as I was skeptical. It was very clean which was the most important, the bathroom shower was hot, and the a/c was cool! I loved the coffee service, and my husband and daughter loved the ice cream. I wish I could say I loved it, but left me NONE ! . Our pup enjoyed it as well ! She graciously allowed us to use the shed as we arrived early. My only note is that we had a car, and that made it easy to get around.Would definitely stay again !B"
Sanctuary House: An ocean-view farmhouse retreat

"Beautiful views in a country property away from the Hub Bub! Our hosts were very attentive and we had a great July 4th weekend..... and then a few days for a smaller gathering to reinvigorate before returning home. A car is a must. We hope to return!"

"This was our first time in renting cottages on the Vineyard that we stayed in West Tisbury. We have stayed in various cottages in The Copeland district of Oak Bluffs for 50 years. This was a gamble for us that definitely paid off! We loved the location, the house, the playground across the street, the Field Gallery, Alley’s General store, and the proximity to our favorite beach - Gay Head/ Aquinnah! It was truly a wonderful week, the house was perfect for our multi-generational family!"

"A wonderful cottage with everything you could ever need. Every time we pulled into the driveway we were struck by the incredible view! It’s small but the outdoor decks on three sides, open to the living room makes it feel larger and quite airy. Loved it here!"

"We were very pleased with all aspects of the rental. The communication was excellent, with the host checking on us several time to be certain all needs were met, and to encourage us to reach out should we need anything. We had everything we needed, and it was delightful. The only problem - our time there was too short."

"Clean and well-provisioned residence in the quiet part of MV. Convenient to farm stands, beaches, good restaurants and the ferry. We were two couples and found the rental comfortable and welcoming. Great value for long stay!"
Cozy 3BR Cottage with Lambert's Cove Beach access

"In all our years spending time on MV this is the first time we have stayed in the island in June. Would say the best weather and not too packed yet for summer. This house was a great stay for my family. Saw a lot of nature life, wild turkeys and bunnies mainly. Definitely felt like a cottage with the wooden structure and setup. Nice daytime lighting all over the house and the AC was strong. AC is key for my wife and she was happy with the AC units that cooled down the entire house. Katya was great with any questions and suggestions for island activities. The house is near downtown W. Tisbury so you can hop out quickly if you need something for the house. Lambert’s Cove Beach was awesome and our first time having access to that beach (with a permit). Best sunsets there. Overall I would recommend this cabin for a more private and nature style of house living on the vineyard with easy access to all main towns and the beaches."
