"Another great stay for two weeks this time. Central location on the island. Quiet and relaxing. Lamberts Cove beach access was amazing. Added bonus being right next to the bike/running trail. We appreciated the new addition of the mini-splits a/c’s as well. Jess is a wonderful host."

Excellent Location in Chilmark. Great accommodation.

"We spent two weeks on Cape Cod and Martha’s Vineyard this summer, and the few days we spent here were the best. The communication with the host reserving the property, getting great advice regarding scheduling ferries, and information on Lucy Vincent Beach was incredible! We were able to go to Lucy Vincent Beach as a result of renting here and it was a beautiful few days. It was an incredible experience. Never have had a more communicative host.Very thoughtfully laid out home. Heating and air was excellent, a beautiful deck overlooking the pond, and incredibly clean. You’re less than a mile to Chilmark General Store and Chilmark Tavern, as well as to Menemsha. It’s a 20 minute drive to the other larger towns on the other side of the island. I definitely recommend people stay here if they want to enjoy the beauty of Martha’s Vineyard."

Perfect long weekend on MV

"James and Sam’s loft is perfect for two people- it’s spacious, comfortable, thoughtfully decorated and has a great bathroom with an updated roomy shower and a beautiful clawfoot bathtub. The whole process was easy start to finish. We really appreciated the use of the car and loved the access to Lamberts Cove Beach with the beach sticker on the car. It’s on a quiet road super close to a small grocery market (Cronig’s Up Island) It was nice to sit out on the deck in the early morning listening to the birds. We were busy with lots of plans, so never used any of the books and games but the loft was well stocked with reading material and classic games. We loved staying there and can easily imagine coming back in the future, thank you!"

"What a beautiful home. And, if my son's research is correct, a very historic location. The house was spotless when we arrived and contained everything you would need for a week. The beds were quite comfortable and the scenery was beautiful. We had a few questions that were quickly answered by our hosts. Would most certainly rent again. Thank you!!"

"This house was perfect for us -- two couples and one pup -- for an off-season getaway. The location is quintessential "Up-Island" with sweeping views of Menemsha Pond, easy access to walks and hikes, nature galore, and several modest 1950's midcentury homes in the area. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook two great dinners at home, and the new Beetlebung Farm stand is super close for fresh bread, veggies, and more. We can't wait to come back! (Only caution is to take tick checks very seriously this time of year...) "
