"For what it is, it's a good place for those needing a place to sleep. The aluminum single pane windows along University allowed a considerable amount of noise in, and because of the construction of the building, I was awaken by the snoring of the person in the apartment below, and I am NOT a light sleeper.Overall, worth the price."
